Breast Surgery Reviews

Revision breast surgery

- Type of surgery: Revision surgery at the clinic after removal of existing implants from another hospital - Reason: Implant damage was found in implants inserted at another hospital 15 years ago (I found out through a breast ultrasound during a health checkup. I have no idea when or how they ruptured) --> Completed removal of the damaged implants and revision surgery on both sides at the plastic surgery clinic - Reason I decided to have surgery at the clinic: I had consultations at four hospitals, and three said it was only possible through an inframammary fold incision. Only this clinic could do the revision through the armpit. That is exactly the difference in skill - Material: Mentor 340 cc - Pros: 1) They filmed the surgery scene and put the surgery footage on a USB so I could confirm my face and even the face of the operating surgeon (200% trust)          2) A specialized hospital that has focused solely on breasts!           3) The breast pocket was made with enough room, so it is very, very natural and feels good to the touch          4) The balance on both sides is also good (different-sized implants were inserted on each side)          5) Once every year, they check and examine the implants by ultrasound            6) An anesthesiologist is always on site. - Cons: 1) The director is excessively quiet and blunt. He has so much charisma and presence that even the consultation managers get nervous in front of him. The preoperative consultation with the director was so short that it was hard to ask detailed questions (beginner patients may feel very uncomfortable / fortunately, instead, the consultation manager and staff are kind)              2) When deciding the size in advance, they give you a Japanese magazine and tell you to choose your desired size by looking at sample A, B, C cup shapes (A vs. full A, etc.), but it is too difficult to decide based on someone else's photos. In this day and age, shouldn't 3D simulation be available? There needs to be an accurate way to measure the desired size (such as checking in advance with an implant bra).  Once I actually saw it after surgery, it was bigger than I expected, so I really regret the size decision. I can't reduce it again either... - Overall: The cost was such a huge burden, but above all, for a safe surgery by a doctor with top-level expertise, I still highly recommend this clinic.
