Fat grafting

First of all, I have a face with a square jaw, but people around me always said I looked round and soft. Back then I wondered, why do they say I look round when anyone can see I have a square jaw? But that was all thanks to the fat on my face I overlooked that and thought my face would look smaller if I lost weight, so I dieted a lot and even got liposuction at another clinic (I think it’s incredibly fortunate that I didn’t remove deep cheek fat..) The result was that I looked extremely hollow, and my square jaw and cheekbones became very emphasized.. I couldn’t even think about looking into fat grafting, and kept going in and out of this community wondering if I needed to shave down the bones that had become emphasized. Then I saw a fat grafting review for this place. They said the doctor makes it look very natural and is highly skilled, so I decided I would get fat grafting first, and if that still didn’t solve it, then I would get facial contouring.. I made up my mind, booked a consultation, and scheduled the surgery. I had fat added to the cheeks, jaw area, and nasolabial folds. Originally I also said I wanted my forehead done, but the doctor really talked me out of it. They said my forehead wasn’t the type that would benefit much from fat grafting, and once my cheeks were filled it would look fine; rather, doing the forehead too would look too much. They persuaded me by saying not to do it for the first round, and that if I wanted it for the second round, they would do it. In conclusion, they were right a hundred times, a thousand times over. After doing the cheeks, jaw area, and nasolabial folds, my face already had enough volume and looked more lively, so my forehead looked fine. If I had done my forehead too, I think it really would have been excessive. Honestly, the swelling felt slightly overwhelming at first, but as it went down I could see it becoming more natural, and I thought, compared with before losing weight, the fat is now attached where it needs to be? I didn’t even know lost facial fat was the cause, and my face had become hollow and somehow less attractive, so my self-esteem dropped a lot. After realizing the cause, I felt lost about how to reverse it and cried, but after fat grafting, I have those thoughts much less than before, so I’m very satisfied. But I’m not saying I absolutely recommend this to everyone. It made me think that you really have to be careful with any surgery or procedure. What mattered a lot was that here, they do the first round as naturally as possible, and then in a situation where you haven’t changed drastically, you can decide whether to do more or not through the second round. However, in my case, for the purpose of improving asymmetry, I think they put a bit more on the right side right now (it’s definitely more swollen and hurts more), and this area is still very noticeable and unnatural I’m someone who normally doesn’t care much about asymmetry, so I regret this part and wish I had said they didn’t need to improve the asymmetry. But with fat grafting, swelling and fat continue to go down even through the first or second month.. so I’m going to wait a bit. Even if you choose this clinic, tell them that you want it more conservatively and naturally I think all surgeries and procedures should be done as conservatively as possible, little by little The doctor has a firm idea about how to inject the fat and has a somewhat chic/cool manner, so I don’t think you’ll be able to have it done exactly in the shape you want. You can think of it as your face becoming more round and filled out within your own facial shape, and I think faces that are long with hollow cheeks seem to see the best effect. If your face is already round, or short and square, it could actually feel more overwhelming, so ask them to put in only a little for the first round, even more naturally. Anyway, I’m leaving this review because I thought people like me before surgery might be going in and out of this community with the same feelings and find this post. I’ll come back and leave reviews after one month and two months too!
