Looking back, the front-cheek and nasolabial area was an unnecessary surgery for me... My cheeks were already lifting enough just from facial expressions or even a little bit of talking, but when they filled the side cheek and then slightly filled the front cheek too, it may have made the hollow look less noticeable when I’m expressionless, but my face became bigger like a swollen person, and when I make an expression, the smile that used to look pretty now just gets buried in the flesh.. I’ve heard fat grafting is hard to remove too, and because I didn’t get injections locally just in the side cheek, front cheek, nasolabial fold, and chin, but rather had them spread continuously over the whole area, there’s no method.. Fat grafting is hard to remove too… They use PRP here, so the graft take is even better, and sigh.... If I could turn back time, I only did a small amount, but I ended up injecting even the areas that didn’t need it, so I can’t see a solution.
