As I got older, I felt my breasts kept sagging. Losing upper-pole breast volume was really stressful every time I looked in the mirror while showering. But when it came to actually getting breast surgery, it felt different from eyes or nose surgery, so I couldn’t decide easily.. Still, I thought having surgery would be better than just worrying about it, so I was debating between Motiva and Mentor Xtra, and since I heard Mentor Xtra had also received FDA approval, I decided on Mentor Xtra. I was also debating between the armpit incision and the inframammary fold incision, but I felt burdened by the possibility of a scar along the breast fold, so I chose the armpit approach. They said I could either use a drainage tube or not, but they said that if I wore the drain for about a day, the saline mixed with antibiotics that was put in before inserting the implant would drain out and the swelling would go down a little faster, so I wore a drain for one day. I had the bandage wrapped for a day, and when they removed the bandage and took out the drain, it wasn’t very uncomfortable. Using my arms was a bit uncomfortable at first, but after about 3 days, using my arms was okay. The pain also got better from the third day, so I went straight back to work the next day lol Unlike other people, fasting was the hardest part for me rather than the pain ㅠㅠㅠ Anyway, now I’m doing daily life well and have recovered completely to my pre-surgery state, so I’m active again
