Breast Surgery Review at 1 Year and 6 Months

I had surgery in July 2022, so it's been over a year and a half. I went to four consultations and in the end had Motiva / transaxillary incision / fat grafting at the hospital I'd been thinking of from the beginning! For size, when you go to the hospital, they recommend everything according to your chest circumference and height. The doctor who did my surgery really pursues a very natural look, so they suggested one cc size lower than what the other three hospitals recommended. Right before surgery, I read various reviews saying that if you go small, you'll regret not going bigger since you're getting surgery anyway, so I said I'd go up one size. Looking back now, I kind of think I should have just followed the doctor's recommendation? Maybe as I get older I might be satisfied. For implants, I chose Motiva because I heard it was the most expensive and safe, but I do wonder if I should have chosen something a bit softer! I think you can touch and choose. Anyway, from my surgery experience, if you do it in summer, sweat builds up under the upper band and you get allergies, so it's hard. There's only one band, so you can't wash it often either. And since you can't wear underwear and have to wear the upper band, I recommend doing it in a season when you can wear sweatshirts or, anyway, thicker clothes. Also, I had no pain, and the scar looks like an armpit crease, but they say scars also heal less noticeably when you sweat less, so cold weather is better. Other than that, honestly, I went back to daily life right after surgery and there wasn't anything uncomfortable. Oh, and I thought that if I got breast surgery, my frame would look really huge, so I prepared large clothes, but it showed much less than expected when dressed, so I didn't need big clothes.
