I had nose surgery on 1/10, on the bridge and tip!! I had 3 mm silicone put in the bridge, and the tip was raised using septal cartilage, but I think it turned out too high.. I want to have it removed.. Should I still think of this as swelling..? Ha Even if I remove the silicone, can the septal cartilage be removed too and then reattached?
