The pre-op info people are probably most curious about 166 / 52 / breast base 12.5 / underbust 72 / upper bust 84 I wear 70C to 75B. My right side was much smaller, so I had asymmetric breasts, pectus excavatum, a wide chest and broad shoulders, and I had some of my own breast tissue too. I wanted to go in a natural direction rather than something too obvious. At the first consultation, the estimate was Mini 170, Demi 215 to Full 255, and for surgery I had Demi 230 and Full 275 inserted. I expect it to be around a full D. I had severe accessory breast tissue, so I did a hybrid procedure together (I wanted it too, and the doctor also recommended it).

It seemed to offset all the downsides that had made me hesitate even though I had wanted the surgery until now, so I decided to do it. I had the consultation at the end of October and thought about it for over 3 weeks, then one day I suddenly felt sure and hurriedly booked it for two days later. The day before, I went to the hospital for pre-op tests, and had surgery the next day.
They originally told me to come by 12:30, but I was a little late and arrived around 12:40. I paid the remaining balance, changed clothes, and waited in the recovery room. Around 1:30, I did the design with the director. At first, I was going to go with a natural, not-obvious size, you know? But if I made it too small, I knew I would definitely feel regretful later, so during the consultation I went up one size. After the design, I signed the consent form, waited, and went into the operating room around 2.
In the operating room, they fixed my arms and legs and gave me the anesthetic and sedative, and it was nice that it didn't feel cold. When I had my nose surgery before, the operating room atmosphere was really not good, so I was a little worried, but the staff here were genuinely kind. My veins are normally hard to see, and maybe because I had fasted too, they were even harder to see, so they stuck the needle three times. Still, the nurses kept calming me down and took good care of me, so it was okay. I was just dazed, and when I opened my eyes, the surgery was over.
Right after surgery, when I was waking up from anesthesia, I was really cold, but in the recovery room they put a machine blowing hot air under the blanket, so I felt a bit better. I remembered shaking like this when I had liposuction before too, so I just thought, okay, this happens. But I was really trembling like crazy.. The director came in midway and explained how it went. He said they did liposuction on the accessory breast tissue on both sides and grafted that fat into my breasts, but maybe because the accessory breast tissue was a revision case, the fat was a little firm. He said the surgery went well without any major problems. There wasn't much bleeding either. When I said I was too sleepy, he said if I fell asleep, the anesthesia wouldn't wear off well, and told me to look at my phone, even taking it out of the locker for me himself. When I looked at the clock then, it was a little before 3:30. I tried hard to shake off sleep and just blinked blankly, watching people pass by.
I wasn't dizzy or nauseated at all, and my throat was very dry. My breasts only felt heavily pressed, and they didn't hurt. Until now, when I had cosmetic surgery (eyes, nose, liposuction, etc.), I almost always went alone without a guardian. For my eyes and nose, I could walk and take public transportation home, but arm and abdominal liposuction in particular was so hard that I barely managed to take a taxi.. This breast surgery, after I moved to the recovery room and lay down for exactly one hour, the alarm rang, so I was discharged right away. It was around 4:30 when I left the hospital, and overall it felt like everything ended really quickly. Hospital arrival 1:00 to discharge 4:30. They said the surgery took a little under an hour, so considering pre- and post-op prep and everything else, I feel like I left the hospital really quickly.. I walked by myself to pick up my medication.. took the subway.. and since I live outside Seoul, I went to the terminal and even took an intercity bus. When I came home from the terminal, I drove too, and I had no dizziness or pain at all. My armpits felt a little numb and slightly throbbing, but it wasn't very painful. I came home, made food, and did some light tidying. I avoided using strength, but moving around was okay. It didn't hurt even when I raised my arms.
The biggest discomfort was that the corrective bra and upper band pressed down and felt stuffy. When I told my friend who had breast surgery first about my review, she said she was in so much pain that she was hospitalized for a day. I had none of that at all. Even right now as I'm lying down, it feels more like just tightness than pain.
Right now my breasts are hard and sensation hasn't completely returned, but nipple sensation is fine, and looking at the shape, I think it turned out well. No side effects either. Now all that's left is the process of the tissue softening and the feel improving. It cost a lot of money, but I'm very satisfied with the pain level, sensation, and fast recovery, so I think it was a good choice. Isn't it seriously amazing that I did it without using a single day of annual leave? The director was bright, confident, and skilled, so I trusted him. When I get cosmetic surgery, I tend to prioritize safety the most, and I think I did well choosing a breast-specialized clinic. The surgery also just feels like it went well somehow.
Because of swelling, I'll probably get a little breast dysmorphia for a while,,, but time solves all of that I think I'll only get a rough feel after at least a month has passed, and for now I'm satisfied. Surgery is important, but aftercare is even more important, so I'm going to be thorough with that too. I'll bring another review if there are changes after a little more time.
This is a same-day review, and I had surgery on the 20th, so it's day 3 now. But seriously, there really isn't pain. Only the areas where I had liposuction feel a bit sore, and there's no disruption to daily life at all. This part is really good. The photo is one I just took.
