Right after surgery, my breasts felt really tight because of the swelling Because of that, should I say my breasts looked like they were sitting higher? Anyway, the scars were clearly visible, but now the scars have also faded compared to before, and as the swelling went down, my breasts naturally settled lower and covered them, so the scars aren’t visible anymore!!!
Now at the one-month mark, what I’m paying the most attention to is that since I have a very protruding chest, I was told my cleavage could spread wide apart if I don’t wear a bra, so I make sure to wear a bra even when sleeping, and morning and night I apply a pea-sized amount of scar ointment to care for the scars.
At this follow-up, I brought a whole bunch of sports bras, and the director checked one by one whether the sizes fit me. I’m doing whatever exercise I want freely while just being careful about using my pectoralis major muscles. I’m just living my daily life freely without any discomfort, and I’m 200% satisfied, to the point that I wonder why I only got the surgery now
