I’m back with my 2-week breast surgery review~ (Because of issues like transaxillary incision + a slightly pigeon chest + my nipples not being very close to each other) they told me to wear the correction bra + upper band for one more week, but when I went for my 2-week follow-up, I finally switched to the Dorothy and non-wired bra haha But I still have to wear the upper band when sleeping. They said it can’t be helped because it was transaxillary I got a D cup, and one side of the bra is about the size of my face It really covers it. I tried covering my face with it in the mirror yesterday I’m so moved to have been reborn with huge breasts~~^^ I’m not exactly super skinny, so they look surprisingly natural Or maybe not? Since I see them every day, maybe I’m gaslighting myself into thinking they look natural But the director also said my progress is really, really good! They said the feel is soft for only 2 weeks post-op. And I have almost no swelling, to a surprising degree. I swelled on days 3-4, and after that it all disappeared When I wake up my face looks like Thomas, but surprisingly I don’t have much swelling after surgery lol I’m tall and have a shoulder and pelvic frame, so the size doesn’t look overly excessive. I wondered if I should have gone a bit bigger, but if I had put in more, I think they would have looked obviously large I’m glad I went with the size the director recommended And the CCTV... They said viewing it is free within 2 weeks, so I told the consultant in advance and watched it when I visited Wow... Honestly, among all the cosmetic surgeries I’ve had, this was the most expensive, so I thought about it a lot and kept saying to myself that it would break my back financially, but after watching it, I felt the cost was not a waste Um... I watched the CCTV, and seeing the nurses and the director working so hard..? during surgery made me so grateful, and I felt they must have gone through a lot. Even the nurse was kind... The director is tall, but he crouched down to dissect the pocket,,, and changed gloves every single time he inserted each implant... Even after the surgery was finished, he kept sitting there and monitoring me I saw with my own eyes that the anesthesiologist stayed there the whooooole time until the end It was my first time under general anesthesia, so I was really worried, but I felt so reassured, and I laughed because even me waking up and immediately grimacing and making a fuss saying it hurt was all recorded^^ And a lot of people say when you wake up from general anesthesia you feel cold and so on, but my hospital took care of all that before waking me up, and even before I woke up from anesthesia they had the electric heating mat turned all the way up, so I was never cold~ Before surgery, the cost felt like simple spending, but now it feels like an investment haha Anyway, everyone has different standards for choosing a hospital, but by my standards, I succeeded in getting safe and satisfying surgery at a hospital that fit me exactly That doesn’t mean the hospital I went to is the correct answer I hope those considering surgery also set clear standards for choosing a hospital, think carefully, and get beautiful breasts!! My standards: one-doctor clinic, breast specialist, cleanliness cleanliness cleanliness, anesthesiologist on site, whether I can see the director often, a director with a lot of experience but relatively young, a director with good aesthetic sense, my FEEL when I actually met the director, whether the staff are kind, CCTV viewing, etc. I’m honestly very picky When I first met the director, he kind of felt like a doctor completely absorbed in researching breasts? His eyes are big, and there was this subtle glint in them..^^ Like, “at least in this field, I have it under control lol”? Anyway, you get the general vibe, right? And partly because of patients, but also like, “filth is a sin to me too.” Kind of like Brian, you know what I mean? And because I have a pigeon chest, I asked, “Will my cleavage come together..?” Based on the feeling that the director was saying, “of course I designed and operated with even that in mind,” he said, “It will come together, so don’t intentionally push them together~” haha... I heard from the consultant that the director was also happy and said my surgery seemed to have gone well^^ They said he thinks of patients’ surgeries as if he is creating a work of art A family member came with me on surgery day, and they said they trusted the director (they had opposed the surgery). There’s no specific reason. My family just has pretty good intuition. I even have precognitive dreams Thanks to my pretty body shape + good conditions inherited from my parents + the director’s aesthetic sense and skill + honesty, I become more and more satisfied as time passes Maybe I’m lucky, but with every cosmetic surgery I get, I’ve had good hospitals + good doctors + good recovery ability supporting me, so I feel really happy
