Review 10 Years After Facial Contouring

In my very early twenties, I had surgery on my square jaw and chin tip. It was probably a T-osteotomy, and I don't know whether the surgical methods have changed with time, but once you do it, you should be prepared for sagging. I originally had good skin elasticity, and when I was young my skin sagged less, but now that ten years have passed, my double chin has gotten somewhat severe. I think it's fine if you do it knowing you'll need lifting. Personally, I find it a shame because I see many people getting facial contouring even though they look pretty without necessarily needing it.
