The facilities looked very clean. The director who consulted with me about eyes was kind and explained things well, but maybe the facial-contouring director was busy, because they spoke quickly and said everything in a rushed way, so I felt awkward asking questions, and the consultation ended quickly. From the way they spoke, they did seem professional, so I do have some expectations for the surgery, but when I think about the consultation, I’m in a situation where I’m seriously wondering whether to proceed with surgery.
