I had a pinching lift because of sagging after quick zygoma reduction

I had quick zygoma reduction 2 years ago and was very satisfied, but the subtle sagging kept bothering me. I spent a lot of money on all kinds of lifting treatments like Thermage and Ulthera and barely held out, then as a commemoration of turning thirty, I looked into lifting. As the cheekbones became smaller, the cheekbone area sagged and dropped toward the midface and nasolabial folds. My criteria for choosing a hospital were: 1. Since the sagging wasn’t severe, the incision had to be small. 2. They had to directly control the midface. 3. I hate foreign materials, so extra thread options like Mint threads were absolutely a no. Additional factors were: 3. They said the zygomatic retaining ligament? muscle? needed to be released, so I chose I-Ting. I also went to other hospitals while shopping around (ㄷㅇㅇ, ㅅㅅㅇ). Compared with other places, the incision was clearly smaller (only at the temporalis muscle). I asked a ton of questions, and they said they would directly hook the thread (absorbable suture) onto the SMAS near the nasolabial fold area, pull it up, and fix it near the temporalis muscle, so I said OK. But it wasn’t Pinch Plus, so there was no direct skin removal. The doctor also diagnosed it as “Do you really need it?” and at the time I also wanted to filter out hospitals that recommended procedures that were too much for me. Looking back now, I do feel like I should have had it pulled more definitively. They said swelling is generally minimal, but I ended up with huge swelling and even had conjunctival edema. It took about a week and a half for the major swelling to go down. I originally don’t have much facial fat, so I have grooves in my nasolabial folds, and after the quick zygoma reduction the sagging was added on top of that. When I was tired, it looked even saggier. The direction of my pores also drooped downward, and Thermage, Oligio, needle RF, and retinol were all temporary and didn’t have a big effect. People don’t really know what changed, but I’m perfectly satisfied. When I’m in my 40s, I want to go again for Pinch Plus. Oh, they gave me really strong sedation anesthesia, so I don’t remember the way home. I don’t think you can drive at all, and if you’re worried, you should tell them in advance!
