They recommended a nose bridge using autologous costal cartilage. I originally went in thinking silicone plus autologous costal cartilage, but since it was not the surgery method I had in mind, I felt a little worried. They did understand the nose shape and photos I requested and said they would do it, but it felt like they had a particular nose shape they were aiming for, so I was not 100 percent satisfied. Still, both the director and the coordinator were kind! They seemed very confident about a high bridge nose using autologous costal cartilage and an open approach, and I do think they would do a good job, but it does not seem like a very widely common method, so I am not sure whether I will go through with the surgery...
