Now some time has passed since surgery, and new friends I’ve made don’t know I had double eyelid surgery lol. The look I wanted was natural-glamorous, but my eyes now turned out a little more on the natural side than that, and thanks to ptosis correction, my ability to open my eyes with eye strength improved. Opening my eyes is comfortable too. I’m very, very satisfied with the double eyelid surgery, and as for pain, on the day of surgery I felt a bit of stiffness when blinking, and it was a little uncomfortable until the stitches were removed, but it didn’t hurt as much as I expected! The swelling lasted a bit long even though I worked hard on swelling care. Maybe because it was incisional, it seems to take about a year or more to fully settle, though there are individual differences.. Now my eyes get compliments wherever I go haha. Double eyelid surgery was a huge success
