They recommended posterior lower canthoplasty, so I had that together too hehe. Looking at the reviews here, semi-out lines seemed to be made just right and pretty without a sausage-like look, and for me too hehe, I think the semi-out line came out well in the feeling I wanted, so I am satisfied.
