It has been 18 days since I had my first rhinoplasty on January 3! My nasal bridge was low and my nose was deviated to the left, so I had a complex because the left side of my face would look a bit unattractive in photos. I was also always suffering from rhinitis, so after thinking it over carefully for 5 years, I decided to go through with the surgery So I had deviated nose correction, bulbous nose correction, hump nose correction, functional rhinoplasty, osteotomy, and a 5 mm silicone implant for the nasal bridge! When the splint was first removed, I was very disappointed by my Avatar-like nose, but as the swelling has gradually gone down, I am becoming fairly satisfied! Still, there is some swelling left, so I do not know the exact effect of the bulbous nose correction yet, but I think I have definitely seen solid improvement in the other functional and aesthetic aspects!
