At first I went there with no particular thoughts, just having decided to get nose surgery, but they recommended alar reduction way too easily. My nose wasn't even a nose that needed alar reduction in the first place, and all I needed was to raise the tip... In the end, it feels like they're focused only on a "pretty nose" instead of a nose that suits each person. The changed nose doesn't suit me. At first the manager replied, but when I said it looked inflamed, they said it didn't look that way to them, and after that there was no reply.
