It’s been 7 years since my first rhinoplasty with autologous dermis

It was a hospital that was famous for revision surgery with autologous dermis (I heard the director has retired now). Among my acquaintances, I think there were about two people who had their first surgery at this hospital, so I did mine here too. I was in my early 20s, so I wasn’t scared, and without going around for consultations anywhere else, I just lay down on the operating table half excited, half nervous lol. What I focused on was that I wouldn’t have to worry about side effects, and that it would at least be higher than now. It wasn’t a surgery that ended simply like silicone, so I stayed for about 3 days... maybe 5 days, almost like being hospitalized, at a lodging-type place. If someone had a problem, the director would even come out on weekends to see them... I wonder if there’s another hospital like that.. My review now, about 7 years later, is that because my dermis was quite thick at the time, it’s much higher than my bare nose before surgery, and because of the nature of dermis, the bridge of my nose is thick, so it looks very natural. People meeting me for the first time never know I had surgery. But I.. when I watch things like YouTube or meet friends who got silicone, I envy those slim, sharp nasal lines So honestly, the desire for revision surgery is slowly creeping up,, I also regret that maybe I should have looked into silicone or autologous costal cartilage from the beginning. And the biggest thing I’m disappointed about is, above all, the scar on my buttock Even when I go somewhere like a sauna, I feel needlessly embarrassed.. It was a surgery I got knowing about it from the beginning, but it’s something I have to carry for life, and I think I was a bit short-sighted. These days, do they harvest autologous dermis from other areas?? Everyone here, think it through carefully before doing it!
