I went for a consultation and came back with a surgery date. A lot of reviews said the director and manager were short and not particularly kind, but they were actually very kind in my experience. I visited about three other hospitals, and compared to those places, this one included small extra surgical steps, which was actually what I wanted (it felt less like they were pushing surgery and more like they were pointing out what seemed genuinely necessary for me). It felt like some of the uncomfortable questions from other hospitals were cleared up. The manager was extremely kind too. Even though the doctor is the one who will perform the surgery, The manager seemed more professional and knowledgeable than the managers at other hospitals. They didn't push surgery on me, either. Anyway, compared to other hospitals, they picked up on what I wanted really well and explained clearly how they would do it and what kind of change it would create, which I liked. The price was also reasonable.
