About two weeks after my first surgery, my columella started to look crooked. I went around to various hospitals looking into revision surgery, and they said the silicone had shifted to the right, and because the columella was already weak and there wasn't much of it, they used it, so what was protruding inside my nostril was cartilage, not scar tissue. I wrote a review of my first surgery on a cosmetic surgery app, and in the hospital's comment they just used a copy-pasted response saying thank you ❤️ After seeing my review about this situation, another victim contacted me as well. The hospital is a large hospital located near ㅅㅅ Station.
