I went for a nose consultation, and it seems like here they always recommend nasolabial fold augmentation surgery together. I was recommended it too. When you go, you fill out a chart on a tablet, and after waiting a little, the consultant takes front, side, and 45-degree photos with the tablet. I don’t think the consultation with the director even lasted 10 minutes. He said to use both septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and said the surgery time would be under 1 hour. He also said that because the skin at the nasal tip is on the thin side, the cartilage may show through, and mentioned using autologous dermis too. (This is optional.) I was disappointed that the director’s consultation was too short, but the consultant covered for that a bit. She had been at this hospital for a long time. She was kind, there wasn’t any excessive pushing, and it was okay. However, I wanted to see review photos from a wider variety of cases, but they only showed me two cases ㅜ Anyway, overall the consultation was not bad.
