I went to consultations at so many hospitals that seemed famous for rhinoplasty, and after going to all the consultations, I decided on rhinoplasty without an implant and had the surgery haha. I originally had an aversion to silicone, so I only wanted to correct my hump, but after hearing the explanation of why the nasal tip also needed to be raised, I trusted them and left it in their hands! I’m satisfied because the result came out exactly how I wanted ❤️ Donated costal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. As expected, I guess doing a lot of online research and in-person consultations is important if you want success.
