Because I had a bulbous nose, I had corrective surgery. I had heard many times that bulbous noses are difficult surgeries, but unlike my worries, it was corrected cleanly and well at a place with real skill. Of all the people I met after surgery, not a single one knew that I had once had a bulbous nose, so it looks very natural. There is almost no scar left, so I am satisfied.
