My original nose had a hump and my nostrils looked wide, so I just wanted the surgery to naturally refine it. But when I looked up plastic surgery reviews, I saw reviews saying people developed contracture after using silicone, so I got scared I wanted to have surgery without using silicone. I went to consultations at several clinics, but most recommended silicone or suggested doing nostril reduction together, and only one clinic said they could proceed without silicone. I especially liked that they said that if the nasal tip is lifted, the nostrils would naturally look narrower, so I didn’t need nostril reduction It’s now been 11 months since surgery, and I often forget that I even had it done. The heavy feeling I had in the beginning is completely gone, and now I don’t feel any foreign-body sensation at all. Since I only raised the nasal tip and shaved down the hump, it isn’t excessive and looks really natural. I’m also happy that my nostrils became narrower even though I didn’t touch them separately. The scar has completely disappeared now. If I don’t tell people I had surgery, no one knows, so I’m very satisfied with my nose surgery
