The hump came back again, so the bridge of my nose looked really uneven. So this time I had revision rhinoplasty with Director Kim Dae-hee at a clinic, and now the revision surgery turned out with the look I wanted, so I’m really proud. From the front, my nasal tip looked too pinched and too sharp, so when doing the revision rhinoplasty, rather than making it excessively high, I wanted to remove the step from the hump and refine it into a natural look. During the consultation, he clearly explained what was possible and what wasn’t, without being vague, so I think it was easier to decide. Now the line is not excessive, and the pinched-nose look has improved in a direction that naturally suits my face. I included before-and-after photos below for easy comparison. Ear cartilage was used for the nasal tip, and no implant was used at all. Maybe because I had the revision surgery without an implant, there was very little swelling, and above all, I think the style the director pursues matched really well with the direction I had in mind.
