I had a nose surgery before, but it lacked three-dimensional definition, so I got revision rhinoplasty from Dr. Byun at the clinic. I had surgery without implants, and for the nasal tip, autologous costal cartilage was used. They fixed it with a four-layer support structure, so I feel like my nasal tip is lifted much more firmly than before, and I like it. When I had my previous surgery, the cotton packing in my nose was really uncomfortable, but here I could recover without cotton packing, so it was comfortable haha. I was actually worried, what if it turned out even worse after surgery? But I think I made the right choice getting revision surgery this time I just hope it maintains well 😭🙏
