I had surgery because I wanted a masculine nose with a straight line. I went to consultations at several places, and I liked that the director clearly and sensibly understood the look I wanted. They also explained in detail the side effects I was worried about, precautions for surgery, and what to prepare. The photos they showed me were exactly my style too, so I had surgery at a clinic. The materials used were custom silicone, autologous costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. What I most wanted improved through surgery was the upturned-nose look where my nostrils showed, and my nasal bridge that looked sunken and low compared to my forehead. Those areas improved well, so I’m really satisfied lol Overall, it looks natural but definitely higher, so I like it haha These days, every morning when I look in the mirror, I still can’t get used to it. I wonder if this is really my nose ;; lol I looked into a huge number of clinics, so I’m glad I found a place that suited me well. I’ll post another progress review later.
