I ended up getting nose surgery because the hump bothered me more than wanting to make my nose higher! They consulted with me on a nose that would suit my face and performed the surgery, and I’m really satisfied because I think it turned out as a natural, high, pretty nose that doesn’t look obviously done :) My swelling went down pretty quickly, in about a month? Now it’s been over 4 months since the surgery, and I’m getting more comfortable touching my nose and adapting well. Even a friend with a really sharp eye only asked, “Did you maybe do something to your nose…?” and the others had no idea at all. I really like that it turned out natural !
