Nose Surgery Reviews

(No nasal correction) Review of my second life after being reborn from a bulbous nose + arrow nose

I had a bulbous nose and a long, arrow-shaped nose that drooped when I smiled, and even after surgery I wasn’t satisfied, so I had a lot of worries. Because I had already experienced being unhappy with a previous surgery, I kept thinking my nose was a difficult case, and all I could think was that I needed to have it done somewhere skilled. What I wanted was for my midface to look shorter, and even though I had a bulbous nose, I wanted the nasal tip to look very glamorous. But the doctor said that there are limits. That’s right, limits do exist, but I saw that serious expression of a godly doctor who seemed like he would match things as much as possible within those limits. I chose the hospital very carefully, and unlike other people, I chose Jeongwoo, which is famous for revision surgery, without hesitation. First of all, this place specializes in revision surgery and does 1:1 care. Even my friends knew the rumor that they are good at that difficult revision surgery, and if they have kept doing it in one place all this time, what more is there to say? And the decisive reason was that during the consultation, I fell for their aesthetic sense in accurately diagnosing the nose that would suit my face, and their meticulous checking of my complexes. It wasn’t a reckless “yes, it can be done.” They realistically explained why it was difficult, which parts had limitations, and even so, how far improvement was possible, which I liked. If they had said everything was possible, I think my fantasy would have gotten too big. As for the surgery process and review, it was revision surgery, a bulbous nose, an arrow nose when smiling, and a long nose. Ugh, I really thought it would be so difficult, and I thought it would take a long time for my midface to look super short and for the swelling to go down, but maybe because it was a revision surgery, the bridge swelling went down all at once. Only the tip took a bit longer. There’s no scar either.. As soon as the surgery ended and I looked at my nose, I could see at a glance that the line had been shaped, and especially the nasal tip had changed noticeably. When seen from the front, my philtrum shows.. 🥲 Like, wow, I had a philtrum. The side line is truly art, so people around me tell me to trade noses with them. Most of all, the best part is that it doesn’t feel at all like “a nose that had revision surgery.” Without looking artificial, it still feels like my original nose, but my impression became clearer and more refined than before. People I hadn’t seen in a while reacted less with “Did you get your nose done?” and more with comments like “Did you lose weight? Your face looks more three-dimensional,” and I heard “It looks 3D” a lot haha😎 When I tell them it was a revision surgery, everyone is surprised. I think that’s proof of how well the natural look was preserved. Even though it was a revision surgery, they also explained in advance the things that could come up during aftercare and the recovery process, so I didn’t have to worry unnecessarily by myself. Ah! The operating room had a unique feel. Other places all felt pretty bad to me, but here, somehow, I felt reassured and comfortable. I mean it sincerely. Maybe because it was 1:1, since they were focused only on me, I didn’t feel worried. Also, the nurses and consultants were all as meticulous and professional as the doctor, so I thought Jeongwoo really has aces in everything. If you are hesitating over revision surgery or nose surgery for a bulbous nose, long nose, or arrow nose, I really want to say that you should definitely get a consultation at this hospital at least once! This time, I clearly felt that the more difficult the case is, the more differences in experience and aesthetic sense show in the result. Even if I chose again, I would entrust my revision surgery to this same hospital and this same director. Because this is a place that earned my trust through the result, I sincerely recommend it to people with the same concerns. I mean it sincerely.
