I'm posting my 4th update now lol The weather has suddenly gotten hotter and more humid these days, and thinking about confidently wearing sleeveless tops and tank tops makes me a little excited too hahaha Even now, I'm freely wearing thin, tight-fitting cardigans hahaha
The pre-procedure photo was from when I weighed about 5 kg more than now! Still, my upper arms really got slimmer, right? lol Everyone is so surprised when they see how slim my upper arms have gotten lol I also got a lot of questions like, can you go back to daily life right after the procedure... To start with the conclusion, YES lol I'm a slave to my company..! I used a vacation day on Friday and got the procedure hahaha Using a Friday vacation day and getting the procedure is the best deal lol After the procedure is finished, they wrap you tightly in a bandage with shoulder padding, and if you wear clothes over that bandage, it looks kind of funny..^^
Unless you're going to wear a padded jacket inside the office all day, just do it before a holiday or weekend the next day hahaha
Anyway, you can take the bandage off after one day, so you only need to stay home over the weekend, right? haha As for pain related to daily life, it's absolutely not like 'My arms are seriously going to fall off, I can't even hold my phone!!!' lol I carried a bag and used the computer too, and over the weekend I safely finished small work tasks and even cleaned the house!
So worries like 'Because of the pain, won't I be unable to go to work tomorrow or do anything?? ㅠㅠ' are no no ~ ~ ~
Last week I went to receive aftercare.
Before starting the aftercare treatment, they always measure my upper-arm circumference, and they said it had gone down from '32 cm to 28 cm'.. lololol A whole 4 cm came off in just a little over a month lololol
If you compare it to belly fat, that's like losing about 6 cm, so it really came off a lot lol They say it will go down even more from here... I'm even having the exaggerated thought, what if my arms disappear at this rate^^ lololol So that's my review hahaha I'm planning to keep recording the changes on my blog like this, so if you have any questions, price inquiries, or want hospital information, please feel free to leave a comment!!
