I had surgery last February with 3.6 mm silicone + lowering the cartilage? + nostril reduction + nasal tip (ear cartilage), and I’m very, very satisfied with the surgery itself, except that it’s a little crooked haha. But sometimes I feel so anxious about having silicone in, and I’m scared that contracture might happen, so I can’t even sleep.. The clinic where I had my plastic surgery doesn’t use autologous costal cartilage and only uses autologous dermis. If I remove the silicone from the nasal bridge, would it be possible to fill the nasal bridge again with dermis?
