It’s already been well over a month since my surgery~~ During that time, I was able to do plenty of activities that used my body (though I was careful about lifting heavy objects), and daily life wasn’t affected at all. My tissue felt a bit firm in the beginning, but now it seems to have softened a lot. I barely had any pain, but I think my nipples were quite sensitive. Like when clothes brushed against them? I think people usually worry after surgery because they don’t feel stimulation around the nipples, but for me it was more like the peak of my period? haha But even that seems to have improved a lot now.
At the one-month mark, they said I only need to wear the compression bra at night and can wear a sports bra during the day, but I’m just going back and forth between both. Even during the day. There’s still some upper fullness, but I think it’ll become natural with time. At one month, scar care starts, so I’m using scar ointment together with silicone gel sheets. Since it was an inframammary fold incision, the scar isn’t visible at all from the front. I apply the ointment twice a day and attach the gel sheet during daytime activities to protect the scar area. It should get better, right?
Most people who’ve had the surgery say this, but my only regret is really that I didn’t do it even one day sooner haha. I think the satisfaction is truly the best. In the photo, even a 75A-cup bra used to be loose and gap at the top, so I tried wearing the same bra for comparison and even I was shocked... haha I like a natural look, so I only put in a small amount with Motiva Mini, but by my standards, I’m totally glamorous now.. haha
Oh, and they told me to take omega-3 and vitamin E, so I’m taking them together. There are truly many hospitals specializing in breast augmentation, but I’m really satisfied because they provide private and attentive care.
