It’s been 2 weeks since my breast surgery..! I think I can finally go about my normal daily life somewhat now (I still have to be careful with running, raising my arms all the way up, and lifting heavy things, so except for those, it’s possible). Up until week 1, since implants had gone into my body, I had sleep anesthesia, my immunity dropped, I caught a cold, and my breasts hurt, so I sometimes regretted it, but now I’m so satisfied, and I understand why breast augmentation ranks No. 1 in satisfaction 💙
Interesting moments after breast surgery) - may vary by person 1. If I overeat or eat salty food until I’m full, my breasts also get tight and feel like they’re going to burst. I came out after eating a huge second meal, and these darn breasts turned into rocks, so I walked bent over at 90 degrees.... As a tip, for swelling recovery during weeks 1-2, eat a moderate amount of food and choose low-sodium foods. 2. When I go somewhere cold, my breasts get tight. It’s been really cold lately, right..? When I’m in a warm indoor place and then go outside into the cold, my breasts stiffen too. It’s really fascinating. (Some YouTuber said that after exercising, other areas are sweaty and hot, but the breasts with implants are cold.. Fortunately for me, when my body heats up, my breasts get warm too, and it seems like none of the sensation in my breasts has died.)
I had surgery through an inframammary fold incision, and when I visited at week 1, it felt to me like the position of the right implant was very slightly lower? They told me to wear the compression garment properly. So when I went for my week 2 visit, I went with that worry. According to what the director told me, my breasts were naturally positioned low to begin with, I have a pigeon chest, and there is no bone in the lower part under the breasts (?)(I think he said the bone is sunken compared with other people), so this was about the expected result and didn’t seem to cross a problematic line. When I said I was worried, he said to keep wearing the compression garment diligently and observe the progress later..!! So I made a follow-up appointment for one month later~~ During weeks 1 and 2 after surgery, I had to visit the hospital, so it was hard traveling up to Seoul from the provinces, but thankfully he said to come back in a month~~ Starting from week 2, I’m also going to apply the scar ointment I bought at the hospital~ I think my scars are less noticeable than expected. Buying a compression bra And the hospital recommended that I wear the Venus V-Fit compression bra. There’s the Apgujeong Hyundai Department Store about 5 minutes from the hospital, so I bought it at Venus on basement level 2! For everyone having surgery at The Plastic Surgery, I recommend Apgujeong Hyundai Department Store. You have to get measured and buy it in person...! Maybe because many people who get breast surgery visit, the staff guided me well. I’m wearing a 70E cup, and it seems to support my breasts better than the bra the hospital first gave me, so it feels very stable!! ̌̈ ̌̈ People are really fickle (?) They forget what it was like when they were a tadpole before becoming a frog.. Before, when I saw Kwon Eun-bi’s and Jun Hyo-seong’s breasts, I thought, wow, they’re really big, but now I have them installed too.... so I’m not sure if they look extremely big.
