3-month update- Swelling: After it went down dramatically right after surgery, it has not been visibly dropping in an obvious way, but when I compare photos, the line from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip is becoming a bit more defined, so the “nose-heavy” look is gradually disappearing- Function (rhinitis improvement): When I went in for my 1-month follow-up, there was an issue where the dissolvable cotton had not dissolved, but after having that treated, I have had almost no nasal congestion. They say rhinitis cannot be completely cured, but for now it feels much more comfortable because it has physically improved- Overall review: People around me said that, as I now have a columella that I did not have before, the empty space on my face looks more balanced. The incision scar is still quite visible, but to someone who does not know I had revision surgery, it looks natural, like I somehow became prettier, so I am very satisfied (I had emphasized that I wanted it done so naturally that people would not even know I had revision surgery)
