Hello After finishing the CSAT, I had the buried-suture procedure, but as time passed, my double eyelids came undone. I had one revision with the buried-suture method, but it came undone again, so I gave up and lived with it. Then, after entering my 30s, I suddenly thought I wanted to get double eyelids again. This time, I thought, “Let’s go somewhere really good,” so I consulted at famous places like ㅅㅅ, ㅇㅁㄷ, ㅇㄹㅈ, etc., and ended up having the procedure with Director Lee Han-byeol, who had moved from ㅇㅁㄷ to Iting.
Before surgery, I asked about epicanthoplasty, fat repositioning, and things like that, but it did not feel like they were pressuring me with “You absolutely need additional procedures!” Instead, the director designed my line so it would harmonize with my skin and facial structure, and advised me on which procedures were necessary or unnecessary.
After surgery, On the day of the procedure, I tend to put a lot of strength into my eyes, so I did get quite a lot of bruising, but I did not have as much swelling as I expected! The next day, the bruising gradually started to come up, but I had thought I would swell a lot, and it was okay.
One week I did not separately drink pumpkin juice or anything like that. Also, they said I could wash my face after 3 days, so I did not feel uncomfortable or grimy. And for one week, I kept walking about 3 hours a day lol
After one month I went back to work right after one week post-op, and since I thought the swelling was not too severe, I did not wear a hat separately on my commute or anything. Also, people around me told me that I did not have much swelling and that it turned out well, so I felt proud haha
Honestly, there are many reviews about buried-suture double eyelid surgery, but not many reviews about incisional surgery, so I was worried, but I am completely satisfied. There was not much swelling, and I could understand why the director is so well known for double eyelid surgery and why she is so confident!
