Nose Surgery Reviews

My bulbous nose was seriously bad lololol

As you can see, my nose was really severely bulbous, and personally, the thing that stressed me out the most was how my nostrils would spread wide to both sides when I smiled^^ I went to consultations at 4 places in total, and the doctors all said that my nasal bridge itself was thick and my nasal tip was very blunt, so honestly it was a difficult nose! I told them I really didn’t want alar base reduction, you know? But almost all of them recommended it like, “With this nose, you absolutely have to do it,” so I was even more torn Among them, Dr. Kim Dae-hwa at one hospital told me that if I didn’t want a dramatic-looking nose, I didn’t necessarily need alar base reduction, and I could feel that he looked at the design in really close detail, so in the end I got my rhinoplasty at that hospital! I also debated a lot between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, but he explained the differences well and said donated costal cartilage would probably suit my nose condition better, so I decided on donated costal cartilage! Looking back now, I think I made the right choice with the material too👍 What I like most after this rhinoplasty is that my side profile has much more dimensionality now!! From the front, there’s still some swelling around the alar area, so I think I’ll need to wait a little longer for that. But honestly, even with the swelling, compared to before, I’m just so grateful Only my nose changed, but people around me keep asking if I lost weight, and all I can think is that I did such a good job getting rid of my bulbous nose My satisfaction is super high🫶
