I had double eyelid surgery once before with natural adhesion, and the line wasn't coming undone or anything, but the outer corner started sagging and my eyes became dull too. It even felt a bit like triangular white eyes. I didn't want to touch anything else, so when I went to consult at Yes Plastic Surgery Cheongdam, I asked whether I could just do the outer corner. Director Lee Jun-ho recommended revising only the natural adhesion, saying that if you make the eyes clearer and lift them, they look pretty. I was worried whether I'd really need to touch the line near the inner corner too, but I'm so glad I listened to the director. The effect of making the eyes sharper and showing the pupils more is huge. Even the double eyelid line that used to look tired and wrinkled now feels much clearer. It changed so much with just this one thing that I was surprised too. Since it was a revision surgery, I was concerned about the cost, but doing only the natural adhesion made it very cost-effective while still having a big effect ~kyo
