I went looking to get a procedure as part of a big hospital event because the facial fat was bothering me so much. Before the procedure, I had a one-on-one consultation with a counselor in a small room, and then the procedure started. There was no consultation with a doctor at all, and the counselor just talked about where it would be good to get injections and that was it. After the consultation there was a bit of waiting, and then when I went into the procedure room, there were a huge number of beds like in a dentist's office, and one doctor was assigned to each patient to do the procedure.
