I had the first appointment early in the morning and there were about 2 people waiting. When I left after the consultation, there were quite a lot of people coming in. I think the director was the best at having a conversation among all the places I've consulted so far. If I ask one question, they explain it in detail and with extra information. They tell me when something can't be done, and they listen to the look I want as much as possible. There was no pressure, and the staff were kind, so the consultation was comfortable.
