I had cheekbone reduction, square jaw surgery, cortical osteotomy, masseter muscle resection, chin surgery, and facial liposuction. It has been three months, and I’m satisfied. Dr. Jo Hyun-woo at Three-Dimensional is famous for contouring, so it didn’t take me long to decide on surgery. The front and side results are both good, and I like them.. (They also corrected the asymmetry well.) I went for a follow-up recently and they compared the CT scans for me, and my facial bones have become much smaller ㄷㄷ If you have a lot of bone, muscle, and fat like me, it seems you need cortical osteotomy and masseter resection too in order to get a slimmer look! I visited other famous contouring clinics besides Three-Dimensional Plastic Surgery, and even after talking with acquaintances who had surgery at other hospitals, I still think I made the right choice by doing it here.
