One-Month Review of Arm Liposuction + Hump Removal at [Clinic A]

With my wedding D-79 approaching, I had arm liposuction + hump removal surgery. Arms 2050 cc, hump 100 cc removed. Rather than right after surgery, the bruising and swelling were worst on days 5 to 10, so when I went to the hospital to get my stitches removed at the one-week mark, my arms had become even thicker than before surgery because of the swelling, and the bruises had gone down to my wrists and covered about half of the bra line and one breast. When I looked up arm liposuction reviews on YouTube, the bruising and swelling looked minor, but I think that was because those were slim women who had less than 1000 cc removed. Even though I have a fairly high pain tolerance, because the amount removed was large, the bruising and swelling were that severe until 10 days after surgery. 2 weeks after surgery, amazingly, the bruises on my whole body disappeared and the swelling in my arms also went down, so I could even sleep on my side. From that point on, everything became much more comfortable. 3 weeks after surgery, I started post-op care at the hospital. Once the bruising disappeared and the large visible swelling went down, the line on the back of my arms changed, but is this the final line? Will the thickness not go down any more? I felt anxious, so I started strength training at home with diet control and 1 kg dumbbells. One month after surgery, the change was definitely visible. The side breast tissue and the back line of my upper arms were clearly refined, so I could wear tank tops that I had not been confident enough to wear before surgery. The loose flesh that used to dangle behind my elbows is definitely gone. There are still some disappointing parts. Even before surgery, the inner skin of my upper arms had reduced elasticity and some sagging, so even after surgery, perhaps because of that area, the thickness at the ends of my upper arms does not feel like it has decreased as much as I expected, but after looking into it, it seems everyone thinks the same at this stage, so I will keep watching the fibrosis and swelling go down and hope they get thinner. I am getting aftercare at the hospital every week and working hard on my diet and arm exercises. The hump was visibly gone right after surgery, and after that it passed without any particular pain or discomfort, which was amazing. I have been going to the hospital for aftercare since 3 weeks after surgery, and the aftercare at [Clinic A] is thorough, and all the staff are kind, so I am fully satisfied with my choice of hospital!
