I went with my mom for an eye surgery consultation. As she has gotten older, her eyelids have drooped a lot and she has also been concerned about the fat under her eyes, so I went with her. The director looked at her eyes and explained in detail the need for upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty. Instead of difficult medical terms, he explained everything in a way that fit my mom’s level, so it was very easy for me to understand while listening next to her. My mom kept asking the questions she was curious about, and he answered kindly, so there was no difficulty in getting the consultation. The director’s explanation was so detailed and professional that I am thinking positively about it. I am planning to look around a few other hospitals and compare, but the consultation itself was very satisfying.
