Lower eyelid fat repositioning + fat grafting, week 4 .. this is too hard

In the photo, a wrinkle appeared on the left side under the aegyo-sal where there had not been one before, and the front of the aegyo-sal on the right sticks out. Both under-eyes look hollow, as if I had not had fat grafting and instead had had fat removed. They recommended fat grafting because they were worried about hollowing, so I trusted them and did it.. But if it was going to sink in like that at week 4, why did I even get the fat grafting... At the clinic, they keep saying it is only week 4 and that I need to watch it for as long as 1 year.. (at 2 weeks they said > it has to be after 4 weeks > when I asked again at 4 weeks they said > it has to be after 3 months) Are they a parrot or what.. Do I really have to look at this in the mirror several times every day for a whole year? What exactly are that wrinkle and that bulge under my eyes... The whole point was to add expensive fat grafting so the wrinkles would smooth out and the hollow parts would fill in, but because I impulsively added fat grafting that was no better than not doing it at all, I am living with wrinkles and lumps that I did not have before. For people with actual experience.. what am I really supposed to do with this.. T_T My under-eyes are all bulging and sunken here and there, just endlessly messy.. When I look at the follow-up photos after one month, everyone else seems smooth and pretty, but mine just look worse and worse over time. What am I supposed to do now? I do not want any second grafting or injections or anything anymore, but if I just leave it like this, will it eventually go away? Ah, every time I look in the mirror I want to smash it T_T
