Because of my hump nose and drooping tip, I looked around a lot because I wanted a no-implant procedure I was not uncomfortable with donated rib cartilage, and honestly I felt more uneasy with surgeons who made me think, “What, I can only do this with autologous rib cartilage on the first surgery?” That is why I organized this review only for the hospitals that I personally thought were genuinely okay and not excessive H lead director / they do no-implant surgery, but this was not a surgeon who did it very often. Even without an implant, it was a bit expensive. Things like columella correction, nasolabial angle correction, nostril reduction, or alar elevation were added, so maybe that is why it was a bit pricey, or maybe because it was the lead director at a hospital with several doctors. The surgery fee was the highest. They recommended septum + ear cartilage for the tip, and said they would use donated rib cartilage if needed. C lead director / does a lot of no-implant surgery, but originally was someone who did a lot of no-implant surgery with autologous rib cartilage. This was a doctor I used to look at at another hospital, but because there was no schedule there, I booked the lead director and finally went to see them after finding them. They used to do a lot of no-implant cases, but maybe because they had only recently opened, the nose surgery cost was not very expensive. They recommended septum + ear cartilage for the tip, and said rib cartilage was not absolutely necessary. If needed, they said donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage could be chosen. D lead director / an experienced no-implant surgeon who often operated without implants using a variety of materials. The price was average, neither extremely cheap nor too expensive. They recommended septum + ear cartilage for the tip, and said that since it was my first surgery, we should not go as far as using autologous rib cartilage. The reason was that the nose had materials that could all be used depending on what was selected, but the septum was a little borderline. If using the septum seemed difficult, they suggested donated rib cartilage. Instead, I could choose between donated rib cartilage and autologous rib cartilage. This hospital explained the doctor’s opinion in more detail. U lead director / they also do no-implant surgery, but there were more reviews for surgery done with silicone implants. The price here was also average. They recommended septum + ear cartilage for the tip. They did not mention rib cartilage here. They said the septum could be used, but honestly, in the other three places I heard that it seemed usable but had a slightly borderline part, so still, the doctor was fine. These were roughly the hospitals I thought were okay, so I put initials that match the hospital names. If there are anyone who wants no-implant surgery, this should be somewhat useful as a reference. I already made my surgery reservation with another place earlier.
