Because my nose was low and short, seeing my nostrils from the front was always stressful.. I did not want anything too artificial, so after looking around for a place that could improve it naturally, I had it done at [Clinic A]! I asked them to make the tip drop clearly so that the nostrils would show less than before, and the director recommended osteotomy and short-nose correction, saying it could create a slimmer look and also match my nose line well with my face! I really love how the post-op nose shape suits my face It is not just the nose standing out on its own, but the whole face feels a little taller and has more presence... After surgery, the director checked it personally and I was discharged, and I liked that they seemed to pay attention to each patient individually. I heard that it is difficult to lower the tip properly using the septum, but maybe because the surgical skill was good, my short nose became so much prettier.
