Before surgery, my nose was overall low and lacked bridge height, with a blunt tip, and it was a wide, spread-out nose style. On top of that, it was not smooth and had a slight aquiline-nose look, so both the front view and side view were big complexes for me. What bothered me most was smiling. It was already a spread-out nose, but when I smiled broadly, my nose would flare out even more, so every time I got photographed it was incredibly stressful. I looked around everywhere trying to find someone who could improve it in a way that was natural but still matched my face and overall vibe, rather than making it overly flashy. Then I found Director Na Minhwa at Yerome Plastic Surgery, who is very well known for blunt tips and natural lines, and I had a consultation. The director accurately pointed out the problems with my nose and recommended only the surgery that was truly necessary without over-selling anything, which gave me deep trust and made me decide to go ahead with the surgery right away! Now I am a little over 3 months post-op, and to start with the conclusion, I am very satisfied! There is still some minor swelling left, but the low bridge is now clean and upright, and the blunt tip and spread-out tip have been refined into a comparatively slimmer shape. The slight hump has also been smoothed out, so the side profile is really satisfying. More than anything, the flaring of my nose when I smile, which used to stress me out the most, has improved a lot! Now even when I smile, my nose does not flare nearly as much as before, so the stress when taking photos or laughing out loud has disappeared. And it looks extremely natural, which I love. In fact, people around me have no idea I had nose surgery! It is exactly the kind of nose I wanted, one that looks prettier without obvious surgery vibes, so I am beyond satisfied
