I had my silicone nose implant removed after 10 years. Ten years later, because of inflammation and the tip of my nose lifting, I looked into it and had surgery. They said the implant was in the bridge, and because the shaved-down part of the bridge looked like it would cave in, several places said they would fill it with cartilage. Among the places I consulted, only this one said not to put anything back in and to do only full removal, so I chose it. I didn't want more material put in again when I was already going in for another surgery because of inflammation. I was worried the tip of my nose would lift even more, but thankfully it didn't. They said there was nothing that could be done about the already lifted part. Surgery
