I had functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty at GNG Otorhinolaryngology, and these days people keep saying I look like a whole new person haha. My nose was originally very low and the nasal bone was wide. The T-zone never looked pretty, so it was always a concern.. I also had severe sinusitis and headaches because of nasal congestion, and while looking into hospitals, I learned about functional cosmetic nose surgery. I visited several clinics that do functional nose surgery, but GNG felt the most professional, so I decided I wanted to have surgery there. It has been about one month since surgery now, and the swelling has gone down a lot. What I notice most is that breathing has changed dramatically first and foremost. Before, if I lay down, one side would get blocked and it was annoying, but that is gone now. As for appearance, the tip is no longer blunt and has been refined into a nice, lifted shape. From the side, the line rises slightly in a natural way, so it does not look awkward. My friends say it does not look obvious, but overall it looks much cleaner now haha.
