Price is not a problem, but I really wish the surgeon would communicate more; unlike for women, it needs to be straight and masculine... I got recommendations for three places, [Clinic A], [Clinic B], and [Clinic C], and during the first rhinoplasty consultation I saw that even the surgeons were split on donor rib cartilage vs autologous rib cartilage. Guys, what material are you using?
