Hello~ It has been 1 week since I had surgery on January 25~^^ Now that I have come to my senses, I’ll write my surgery review~^^ I was really nervous right up until the surgery~ I practically lived in this community every day~ㅡ.ㅡ;; And on the day itself... why did I keep wanting to go to the bathroom~ㅡ.ㅡ;;; Even after I got to the hospital, I went to the bathroom again~ㅋㅋ When I got to the hospital, they applied a skin anesthetic cream to my eyes. After saying bye-bye to my glasses, they put anesthetic cream on my eyes and I lay down in the inpatient room~ And I prayed inwardly that the anesthesia would work well~ㅋㅋ Then... they told me to come in. They took photos of my face~(Seriously, I had no makeup on and with all the stress, my face was rough and dry~ㅠ_ㅠ) Then... they put a surgical cap on me. That’s when I started getting scared~ They put my hair inside, put the cap on, and taped the cap tightly onto my face~ㅋㅋ Then the doctor came in and pinched out the eye shape to show my mom and younger sibling. Once they gave the OK sign, the doctor gave me anesthetic injections in my eyes. It stung and I could feel the anesthetic going in, but it didn’t hurt~ About the same feeling as anesthesia when getting a wisdom tooth pulled??? Just a sting~ then it slid in...ㅡ.ㅡ;; like that^^ From then on, the highlight of this surgery!!! They started trying to insert the IV line~ I’m a bit thin, so my veins are usually easy to find, but that day those things were hiding really deep. It really hurt. It felt like being stabbed with a mechanical pencil, not a needle~ㅡ_ㅜ This hurt the most during the surgery~ㅋㅋ They tried the right side, then the left side, then inserted it back on the right side~ㅠ_ㅠ I still have a blood bruise on my left hand~ㅠ_ㅜ After that, the director came in. And the surgery began. They did the eye surgery first. After drawing lines on my eyes, they flipped my eyelid and started doing something~ I had the buried-suture method, so that feeling~ Like something was tightening~ㅋㅋㅋ Then they did medial epicanthoplasty. The feeling of the medial epicanthoplasty was just refreshing. Because my epicanthal folds were so severe, the feeling of cutting and opening them was like, oh~ that feels refreshing~ It didn’t hurt~ After sitting up and lying back down a few times~ they said, the eyes are done. It really ends so quickly~^^ I felt so good because it hurt less than I expected~^^ After that, they put me under sleep anesthesia, and the doctor said, “Turn it to !@#%” After that, I felt something going into my arm, my body tingled once~ and then I remember nothing~ㅡ.ㅡ;;; No memory at all~ㅡ.ㅡ;; When I opened my eyes, they said it was over~ㅋㅋㅋ Then they put tape on me and I came out, but I staggered~ㅡ.ㅡ;; I felt dizzy. Then I went to my mom and staggered again~ I was out of it~ I don’t remember how I got home~ㅋㅋㅋ I was pretty much completely dazed~^^ Once it was over, the magic began~ㅡ.ㅡ;; The next day, and even now after 1 week, it hasn’t hurt at all. The next day, there was really only a little!!! a little!!! bleeding~^^ No throbbing, no bleeding, no dizziness, no nausea~ No bruising~ And no pain~^^ Don’t be scared~ The nurse said that because I lay there calmly and quietly without making a sound, with a positive mindset, the doctor said the surgery went well. I really just lay there without saying anything, trusting the doctor~^^;; The doctor even joked around with me~ I just smiled a little and let it pass~ Because I was afraid that if I talked too much, it might break the doctor’s concentration~ㅡ.ㅡ;; After doing it, it’s really nothing~^^ If there was any problem, it was just not being able to wash and not being able to wear glasses~^^ After getting the stitches removed and washing my face~ㅜ_ㅜ It was so dirty that I can’t say in detail~ㅋㅋ Anyway~ I’m completely fine now~^-^ Everyone, fighting!!!^^
